Objectifs de la formation
- Discover Lean flow improvement and waste elimination methods through Kaizen Events.
- Evaluate production capacity, resource losses, and lead times within a production unit, business process, or organization.
- Develop a process map based on direct field observations to accurately describe operations and communicate their reality to management.
- Analyze processes to identify and quantify bottlenecks, overcapacity, and waste.
- Make operations faster, more agile, and more efficient.

Modalités pédagogiques
- Experiential learning approach: participants practice Lean improvement methods (Kaizen Events) through a business simulation role-play covering an end-to-end cross-functional process (order entry, production/processing, invoicing, and shipping).
- Small groups of up to 12 participants, facilitating interaction, knowledge sharing, exchange of experiences, and professional networking.
