Six Sigma Yellow Belt Module:

Analyze the results of a customer satisfaction survey and expectations to identify the quality criteria that need improvement

Certification Exams

- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam – 25 questions – 50 minutes.
Â
Online exam in the form of multiple-choice questionnaires, closed book under video surveillance to be taken within 6 months after the training.
Passing criterion: achieve at least 60%
