Six Sigma Yellow Belt Module:

• Analyze the results of a customer satisfaction survey and expectations to identify the quality criteria that need improvement

• Assess the extent and cost of a quality issue

• Determine the main root causes of a simple quality issue

• Conduct a comparative evaluation of different potential solutions

• Develop a performance management system for processes

• Lead a DMAIC project for solving a simple quality issue

Certification Exams

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam – 25 questions – 50 minutes.

Online exam in the form of multiple-choice questionnaires, closed book under video surveillance to be taken within 6 months after the training.

Passing criterion: achieve at least 60%
