Objectifs de la formation
Six Sigma Black Belt Module:
- Rigorous validation of the accuracy and precision of a quality measurement system to enable the collection of high-quality data.
- Determine whether the process quality indicator is governed by a normal probability law in order to choose the most appropriate inferential statistical analysis tools.
- Carefully identify, using hypothesis testing and linear regression analysis, the non-quality factors to address in order to achieve a high level of quality.
- Specify the various tests to be conducted in a factorial experiment plan to understand the influence of process operating conditions on the produced quality.
- Determine the best operating conditions of a process by analyzing the results of a factorial experiment plan.

Modalités pédagogiques
Â
- Inductive pedagogy
– Implementation of an experimental plan in class on an optimization problem of the geometry of paper flying devices.
– Determination of the capability of a screw production process.
– Determination of the capability of a printing process. - Groups of a maximum of 12 people facilitated to promote interactivity, sharing ideas and experiences, and developing their professional network.
Moyens et supports pédagogiques
- Use of statistical analysis software JASP, Statoscopex and Minitab.
- Provision of statistical calculators and analysis models in Excel.
- Training materials available in PDF versions.
- Self-assessment and training tests at the end of each module.
Modalités d'évaluation et de suivi
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification obtained based on the successful completion of the Six Sigma Black Belt exam.
This exam validates the acquisition of knowledge at the Six Sigma Black Belt level according to the LSSx.0 body of knowledge, which is necessary for developing the targeted skills. It includes a mix of recall questions (e.g. definitions), execution questions (e.g. calculations, tool selection), and application questions (e.g. concluding based on a result, making a decision in a given situation).
- Online exam, closed book under video surveillance from the candidate's computer;
- Six Sigma Black Belt Exam: 45 questions in 90 minutes
- Language: French or English.
- Format: the candidate freely schedules their exams at a date and time that suits them.
- Passing criterion: Result ≥ 60%
- A retake in case of failure is allowed.
- It is possible to retake the exam in case of a second failure by purchasing a new exam.
