Objectifs de la formation
Six Sigma Green Belt ModuleÂ
- Define the quality indicator to be improved within the company's processes based on an analysis of customer requirements.
- Define the operational parameters to be measured, how to measure them, as well as the sample cases to be taken, in order to collect the data necessary for conducting an analysis of non-quality factors.
- Approximately validate the reliability of the quality measurement system for the company's products or services in order to collect data that sufficiently reflects the reality of operations.
- Determine certain non-quality factors using statistical analysis with a view to achieving a first level of improvement.
- Develop a performance management system for processes based on statistical quality control.
- Conduct a DMAIC project for solving complex quality problems.
Â
Public visé
-
Project managers / consultants (internal or external) in organization, quality, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
-
Logistics managers
-
Supply Chain Managers
-
Production managers
- Quality managers
- All sectors (industry and services)
Prérequis
Having completed the Yellow Belt Six Sigma module.
Modalités pédagogiques
- Inductive pedagogy
Learning the method of solving "indiscernible" problems and utilizing statistical tools on a case of service level improvement (paper flying machines) carried out in class by the participants.
- Groups of a maximum of 12 people facilitated to promote interactivity, idea sharing, experiences, and the development of their professional network.
Moyens et supports pédagogiques
- Use of statistical analysis software JASP and Statoscopex.
- Provision of statistical calculators and analysis models in Excel.
- Training materials available in PDF versions.
- Self-assessment and training tests at the end of each module.
Modalités d'évaluation et de suivi
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification obtained based on the successful completion of the Six Sigma Green Belt exam.
Â
- Online exams, closed book under video surveillance from the candidate's computer.
- Six Sigma Green Belt exam: 35 questions in 70 minutes.
- Language: French or English.
- The candidate freely schedules their exams at a date and time that suits them.
- Passing criterion: result ≥ 60%.
- A retake is allowed in case of failure.
- It is possible to retake the exam in case of a second failure by purchasing a new exam.
