Objectifs de la formation

- Understand the philosophy, tools, and principles of Lean Management.
- Evaluate production capacity, resource losses, and delivery times of a production unit, activity flow, or organization.
- Establish a process mapping based on field observations.
- Analyze a process to locate and quantify dysfunctions of all kinds.
- Make operations faster, more agile, leaner, and more reliable.
- Develop a performance management system based on field indicators and problem tracking routines.
- Conduct a workshop for solving flow problems and/or organizational efficiency using the Kaizen Event approach.

Modalités pédagogiques
- Inductive pedagogy: experimentation with the Lean improvement method (Kaizen Event) through a role-playing game simulating a cross-functional business process.
- Groups of no more than 12 people facilitated to promote interactivity, sharing of ideas and experiences, and the development of professional networks.
Moyens et supports pédagogiques

- Self-assessment and training test at the end of the training.

Modalités d'évaluation et de suivi
Certification Exam
Â
Online Lean Management exam, closed book under video surveillance to be taken within 6 months after the training.
- Multiple choice questionnaire consisting of 25 questions (exam duration: 50 minutes)
- Passing criterion: at least 60%
- This exam validates the acquisition of Lean Management knowledge according to the LSSx.0 knowledge framework, which is necessary for developing the targeted skills. It includes a mix of recall questions (e.g. definitions), execution questions (e.g. calculations, tool selection), and application questions (e.g. drawing conclusions based on a result, making a decision in a given situation).
Compétences acquises à l'issue de la formation
- Comprendre la philosophie, les outils et principes du Lean Management.
- Evaluer la capacité de production, les déperditions de ressources et les délais de livraison d’une unité de production, d’un flux d’activités ou d’une organisation.
- Etablir une cartographie de processus sur base d’observations de terrain.
- Analyser un processus afin de localiser et quantifier les dysfonctionnements de toutes natures.
- Rendre les opérations plus rapides, agiles, sobres et fiables.
- Elaborer un système de pilotage de la performance s’appuyant sur des indicateurs de terrain et des routines de suivi des problèmes.
- Conduire un atelier de résolution de problèmes de flux et/ou d’efficience organisationnelle en s’appuyant sur l’approche Kaizen Event.
